Dr. Magbola Abdo Aljabar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nyala (2005), a Master’s degree from Al-Neelien University (2010), and a PhD from Sudan University of Science and Technology (2015). She completed specialized training in Scientific Research Fundamentals, Instructional Technology in University Teaching, and Evaluation and Measurement at the Advanced Training and Performance Development Center, University of Khartoum (2010). Additionally, she earned a certificate in English Language from the English Language Institute, University of Khartoum (2013).

Dr. Aljabar has held key academic leadership roles, including Head of the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies, University of Nyala (2010–2011), and Deputy Dean of the same faculty (2015–2018). She has also contributed to academia with three published research papers.
