She completed specialized training in&nbsp;Scientific Research Fundamentals, Instructional Technology in University Teaching, and&nbsp;Evaluation and Measurement&nbsp;at the Advanced Training and Performance Development Center, University of Khartoum (2010). Additionally, she earned a&nbsp;certificate in English Language&nbsp;from the English Language Institute, University of Khartoum (2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dr. Aljabar has held key academic leadership roles, including&nbsp;Head of the Business Administration Department&nbsp;at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies, University of Nyala (2010\u20132011), and&nbsp;Deputy Dean&nbsp;of the same faculty (2015\u20132018).
